  • Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the scheduled wedding or event date. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days in advance, the client is responsible for the full payment of services.

    Once deposits have been received, all individuals listed in the contract are confirmed for services. Cancellations or changes to the number of services within 60 days of the wedding or event will not be accepted, and the deposit will not be refunded for any reason, including members of the wedding party opting out.

  • For bridal inquiries, please fill out the general inquiry form. If your date is available, I will send you a customized package and detailed contract to proceed with the booking.

    For event and special occasion makeup including bridal trials, please follow the booking link on the Bookings page.

    For facials and skincare treatments, use the designated booking link on the Bookings page as well.

  • All inquiries are reviewed, and I will respond within one week of submission. During peak wedding season, response times may be slightly delayed, so I appreciate your patience.

  • I typically book within the current calendar year and into the following year for weddings. However, there may be some exceptions depending on availability, so feel free to inquire even if your event is sooner.

  • Gratuity is appreciated but not required. If you enjoyed the service and would like to express your satisfaction, a tip is always welcome, and the amount is at your discretion. If you prefer, a kind review would also mean a lot to me!

  • Any changes to your secured date must be made prior to your event. Cancellations or removal of services must be completed at least 60 days prior to the event. For any additional services, please notify me as soon as possible so that schedule adjustments can be made.
